To book an appointment, we require a $50 deposit
Extra Fee For Same Day Appointments
• We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.
• Same day appointments that are canceled or rescheduled will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost.
• Top Elite Auto reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions depending on staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure.
• In the event that the vehicle, customers, or keys are not present at the time and location of the ordered service, Top Elite Auto may cancel the appointment and charge the full value of the order.
• A gift certificate redemption appointment will follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically or partially redeemed based on the above guidelines.
